All prices shown on this site are in Pounds Sterling and this currency will be applied to all invoices.
The prices of the products on this site include Packing, but not delivery.
Payment can be made either by
Cheque or Postal Order (NOT cash) in the UK ONLY, or
ONLINE, using Visa or MasterCard, through the Sterling invoice and its associated LINK , which will be sent to you by e-mail from sales@arcticmedical.co.uk: your card operator will apply the current exchange rate for your currency, or
By forwarding your Visa or Master Card details - Card Number, Date of Expiry, Name on the Card, Billing Address, Telephone Number (All locations). You will be charged in Sterling and your card operator will apply the current exchange rate.
The prices in the site are shown in Sterling and Euro. Other currencies can be selected instead of the Euro (North American and European currencies only) by clicking on the currency symbol (bottom left) and making your selection.
The goods will be dispatched after payment has been received .
VAT Exemption and Online Payment
Those UK Residents who are eligible for VAT Exemption need to complete the VAT Exemption Form (see index) and forward it to Arctic Medical, together with payment as necessary, before goods will be dispatched. Of course, after sending the VAT Exemption form Online Payment can be requested and the invoice, with its link, will be forwarded after receipt of the VAT Exemption Form.
None UK Residents
Anyone outside the United Kingdom can place orders for products through this site, but there is an extra freight charge to pay; UPS Courier Service can also be requested. Payment can be made either:

Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver within 7 days, or less, of receiving payment for your order, but on occasions we may take longer than this, as either we are busy or the product you require may not be in stock. Should this be the case you will be advised by e-mail.
